Learn with Palla ("we", "us") operates the website learnwithpalla.com, which provides information about our test automation training courses, a blog, and a student portal for enrolled learners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact enquiries. When you contact us through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and discuss enrollment.
• Student portal sign-in. Enrolled students sign in to the portal with Google. Through Google Identity Services we receive your name, email address and profile picture. Your email is checked against our enrollment list to grant access to your batch's course content. This profile information is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) so you stay signed in; it is not stored in a server database by us.
• Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) may log standard technical data such as IP addresses and browser type for security and operational purposes.

Cookies, local storage and similar technologies

We use browser localStorage to remember portal sign-in state and quiz scores on your device. Third-party services used by this site — such as Google Sign-In, Google Fonts and embedded Google Drive content for enrolled students — may set their own cookies or collect usage data subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Children

Our courses and website are intended for students and working professionals aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
